The 223rd Annual Meeting of the Policyholders of The Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 801 Greenwich Ave. Warwick, Rhode Island on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11:30 AM.

As a Policyholder, you may vote at the Annual Meeting by properly completing and submitting the proxy or, if you are able to attend, by voting in person.

The agenda of the annual meeting is to re-elect David M. Gilden and B. Michael Rauh Jr. as Directors, re-appoint KPMG as the auditors and approve a charitable donation to the United Way.
